Fish Tacos from Dingo's


  • Saute' Mahi with 2 oz. of equal parts orange juice and lemon juice mixture
  • Add a dash of Cavenders Greek seasoning
  • Add a dash of lemon pepper
  • On 3 (6") flour tortillas place 2 oz of cheddar cheese and shredded purple cabbage
    Place the cooked fish onto the tortillas
  • Serve with Mango Salsa and Wasabi Ranch Dressing

Mango  Salsa:   Serves 4 to 6
1 lb of diced fresh mangos
1 large diced tomato
1 diced green apple
1/2 diced red onion
Add some fresh chopped cilantro
Add juice from 1 lemon and lime (watch for seeds)
Add a dash of salt and pepper

Wasabi Ranch:
Add Wasabi powder (to taste) to your favorite ranch dressing
