BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The most wanted fugitive this week is accused of stealing a 90-year-old woman's purse.

Baton Rouge police say Javonni Edwards, 19, must have been watching her because she had just cashed a check.

Witnesses say they saw Edwards run into a local store and buy a shirt to wear to change his appearance.
