Muffaletta Salad from Rotolo’s

INGREDIENTS

1 large bowl freshly chopped romaine lettuce
 3 salami slices
6 to 8 pepperoni slices
1/2 cup quartered artichoke hearts
croutons
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses

PROCEDURE

  • Start with a bowl of freshly chopped romaine lettuce and add salami and pepperoni slices and artichoke hearts. 
  • Top with croutons and shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses and finish with a hearty handful of Rotolo's own delicious blend of olive salad.
  • To make an even more filling meal, add grilled chicken or shrimp.  
  • Serve with Rotolo's balsamic vinaigrette dressing.  Makes one individual serving
