WAFB's Greg Meriwether reports that the FBI is now investigating the case of a Baton Rouge police officer who repeatedly tased a man who was in handcuffs.  Baton Rouge Police Chief Jeff LeDuff fired the officer but the civil service board voted to reinstate him.   Tonight at 10, Only on 9NEWS, see video of the man being tased and hear from the lawyer who is now representing him.   For details now, click here.

A performance by a rap artist on the floor of the Louisiana legislature is raising questions tonight.   The full version of the song is filled with explicit lyrics and racial slurs.   Find out why State Representative Barbara Norton, who introduced the rapper to her fellow legislators, stands by her decision.  WAFB's David Spunt reports at 10pm.
