3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 onion, sliced 16 ounces sliced rib eye Cheez Whiz, heated until liquid and smooth 4 six or seven inch crusty Italian rolls 1 sweet green peppers, diced Southern All Purpose Seasoning
Heat an iron skillet or a non-stick pan over medium heat
add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Saute the onions and green peppers to desired doneness.
Add the rib eye, season to taste with Southern All Purpose Seasoning and chop until desired texture.
Divide equally between 4 rolls. Pour over with Cheez Whiz
