Pablano Shrimp from Sarita's

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb. Medium Size Shrimp
1 Medium Sized White Onion Thinly Sliced
1 Large Poblano Pepper--Chopped
4 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Chopped Garlic

PROCEDURE

  • Sautee' Shrimp for about 5 minutes.  Take off the heat and drain.
  • In a different pan, drizzle olive oil and add garlic.  Cook for about 2 minutes. 
  • Add onions and peppers, cook for another 2 minutes.  Add shrimp and seasonings to taste, sautee' another 2 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese
