This is delicious way to up your child's nutrient intake. It's also a great way to spend a little extra time together. Kids love to help create these pretty parfaits!
2 cups frozen yogurt
2 cups fresh fruit (chopped pineapple, chopped kiwi, sliced strawberries, blueberries or sliced oranges
1/4 cup low-fat non-dairy whipped topping
In a parfait glass, layer 1/4 cup frozen yogurt and 1/4 cup fruit. Repeat layers. Top with 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Serve immediately.
