Veggie Omelet

Veggie Omelet

3 eggs
3 oz. swiss/provolone cheese mixed
1 croissant
1 oz. tamari
vegetable cup
fresh fruit
(slice cantaloupe and oranges)

Grill the veggie cup with the tamari.  Heat the crossaint.  Cook the eggs and put the cheese in the center of the omelet.  Place the veggies on top of the cheese.  Serve with the croissant and a choice of hashbrowns or grits.  Serve with fruit.
