Grilled Shrimp and Corn Salad

12 ea. 40 ct. peeled gulf shrimp
1/4 oz. sweet corn
2 tbsp. roasted pecan pieces
for Honey Mustard Dressing mix
2 cps. mayonaise
1/2 cp. creole mustard
1/3 cp. honey


Pan grill shrimp in saute pan until charred. Add oil and corn, grill
until corn is toasted. Season and set aside. Prepare salad bed on a
platter of 1/2 romaine and 1/2 iceberg lettuce with a sliced roma
tomato and pickled onions. Serve salad bed topped with shrimp mixture,
pecans and 2 oz. of the honey mustard dressing on the side
