Cedric MatamorosBATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A Baton Rouge grand jury decided there was enough evidence to indict Cedric Matamoros for fraud.
Investigators say Matamoros purposely set his house and several cars on fire to get the insurance money. They say he also lied about being hurt at work.
Two years ago, Matamoros claimed he walked in his infant daughter's room and had to chase away an intruder who was choking his baby daughter.
The baby died and police thought his story was made up, but they were never able to prove it.Comments Terms of Use: We welcome your participation in our community.
