LSU junior quarterback Ryan Perrilloux continues to make all his noise off the field, not on it. Perrilloux was arrested and issued a misdemeanor summons for allegedly using his brother's identification to get on the Hollywood Casino boat in Baton Rouge.
The incident occurred at 4:50 in the afternoon on Saturday. It's a local ordinance that carries a fine of $250 to $500 and up to ten days in jail for first time offenders.
You may remember, Perrilloux's name was also mentioned during a federal investigation five months ago involving counterfeit money. However, to this date, he has never been charged with anything in that investigation.
Perrilloux was being counted on to back-up and perhaps compete with senior Matt Flynn for the starting quarterback job this fall. However, head coach Les Miles has now suspended Perrilloux from the team indefinitely.
LSU sports information director Michael Bonnette says that Perrilloux is basically on his own at this point, having to work-out and train alone until welcomed back, if he is at all.
