MySpace.com is one of the biggest trend these days. It seems like everyone has a MySpace page, including our governor.
We're told Governor Blanco doesn't manage the site herself, but her staff does update her slideshow and put upcoming events in her blog.
We even checked to see who Blanco has in her MySpace "friends" list. Of course, there are a few familiar names, including Saints quarterback Drew Brees, former Saint Bobby Hebert and country singer Tim McGraw.
If you know much about MySpace, your friend count is pretty important. Blanco has about 326 "friends." That even beats our own computer guru Avery Davidson, who only has about 180.
