
Richard MatthewsBATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A man accused a fatal workplace shooting was officially charged Wednesday.
Richard Matthews was indicted on two counts of first-degree murder and five counts of attempted first-degree murder for the shooting at Grady Construction near Central in late December.
Matthews admitted on camera he was only trying to kill one person that day because he wasn't given his unemployment. He was a former employee at the business.
Judge Tony Maraballa maintained no bond for Matthews.
