WAFB Channel 9, Baton Rouge, LA |LA 1 reopens following motorcycle crash

ADDIS, LA (WAFB) - Authorities say traffic is moving again on LA 1 in Addis after a multi-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle has led to the road's closure Tuesday morning.
Officials with the Louisiana Department of Traffic and Development announced just before 7:30 that traffic flow had resumed on LA 1 but heavy delays remained.
Drivers are still urged to avoid the area if possible.
Officials have not released the names or conditions of those involved in the crash.
