BAKER, LA (WAFB) - Baker police have a lot of questions after a 14-year-old student brought a BB-gun to school, two people were shot and no one reported it to them.
Apparently, the student first brought the gun to Baker Middle School on Tuesday and gave it to a friend, who then shot a girl in the hip.
The girl took it as a joke and never reported it.
Thursday, the same student brought the gun back to school and handed it to another 15-year-old, who shot a coach in the neck.
A complaint was taken to Assistant Principal Harry Wright, who also didn't report it to authorities.
Police finally found out and the three students are charged.
The police chief has requested a meeting with the superintendent on Monday morning.
