Harvey Leblanc, Jr.LIVINGSTON PARISH, LA (WAFB) - Four people, two men and two women, were arrested in two separate meth lab busts Monday near Maurepas and Walker.
Sidney V. Broussard, 53, of Maurepas was charged with the creation/operation of a meth lab, possession of Schedule II CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $75,000.
Joann Deloris Sanchez, 24, of Maurepas was charged with the creation/operation of a meth lab, possession of Schedule IV CDS and driving under suspension. She also faces two counts of possession of Schedule II CDS from outstanding warrants. Her bond was set at $75,000 for the new charges, but she is being held without bond for the two older warrants.
Sarah Marie Lambert, 31, of Walker was charged with operation/creation of a meth lab, manufacturing of Schedule II CDS, possession of Schedule II CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $75,000.
Harvey Earl Leblanc Jr., 30, of Walker was charged with operation/creation of a meth lab, manufacturing of Schedule II CDS, possession of Schedule II CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $75,000.
He was arrested in April and charged with entering contraband into a penal institution. According to authorities, he was caught in the parking lot of the Livingston Parish Detention Center with meth and marijuana on him.
