* 1 TSP. CHOPPED GARLIC
* 1/4 OZ PORT WINE
* 1/2 OZ MILK

UTENSILS

* MIXING BOWL
* WHISK
* MEASURING SPOONS
* 1 CUP MEASURING CUP
* RUBBER SPATULA
* OUNCE SCALE

PROCEDURE

  • COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT GORGONZOLA IN MIXING BOWL
  • MIX THOROUGHLY USING A WHISK
  • ADD GORGONZOLA CHEESE AND BLEND WELL
  • COVER & REFRIGERATE
  • SHELF LIFE OF 5 DAYS
