Barbecue Shrimp from Sno's

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1 large onion diced small
1 large bell pepper diced small
1 large red bell pepper diced small
2 cups margarine
3 Tablespoons barbecue shrimp seasoning ( your favorite brand)
(at the restaurant we use La Don's Mix and add our blend to it)
48 medium to large shrimp peeled, deveined with the tails on green onions to garnish.

PROCEDURE

  • In a large skillet melt the margarine, and sauté the vegetables until tender.
  • Add the seasoning mix and shrimp continue to cook and stir until the shrimp are done.
  • Serve in a bowl garnished with green onions and warm French bread.
