BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A judge ruled a man accused of killing his own grandfather is sane enough to stand trial.
Judge Mike Erwin also refused to give Dustin Musso a new attorney Wednesday morning.
Musso's trial will start in April.
The last time he was in court Musso "acted liked a fool."
This time around authorities strapped him up in one of those Hannibal Lecter type outfits to prevent him from spitting on anyone.
Musso appeared before a judge in an attempt to prove he was insane at the time he allegedly killed and burned Pete Musso, 76.
He reportedly did not cooperate with doctors and would not respond to the judge during his last court date.
Musso is accused of killing his grandfather, setting the house on fire and then taking a bus to Alabama.
