Our 2010 Shape Up Showdown was an inspiring success! You too can have it ALL if you qualify for the WAFB Shape Up Showdown for 2011. The Shape Up Showdown is an effort to motivate our community to develop a healthier lifestyle.
Selected participants will provide another wonderful example and inspiration for our viewers looking to make a positive and healthy change.
WAFB and our partners, Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group and BREC, will again provide 9 contestants each with a nutritionist and a personal trainer, as we document their progress and share their successes and struggles through on-air commercials and on-line.
