INGREDIENTS
1- 2 lb Pork Loin
Tony Chachere's Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1 cup Cane Syrup
1/2 cup Cane Vinegar
2 Tb Vegetable Oil
2 dozen party rolls
1 cup Creole Mustard
PROCEDURE
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Inject pork loin with marinade according to package directions then rub loin liberally with Creole Seasoning. Let marinade at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine syrup, oil, and vinegar. Brush outside of roast with glaze and place in oven. Cook, basting every thirty minutes for 1 and 1/2 hours or until roast is cooked through internal temperature of 160 degrees. Serve with Buns and mustard for party sandwiches.
