Willie Dunn Jr. (Source: Baton Rouge Police Department)BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The man suspected of gunning down another outside a nightclub turned himself in to authorities.
Willie Dunn Jr., 41, is accused of shooting Petra Jones, 36, in the parking lot of The Dancers Club around 10 p.m. Wednesday night after the two allegedly got into an argument inside.
Investigators said Jones was shot in the head. He was taken to Earl K. Long Hospital, where he died. Dunn fled the scene before police arrived, but later surrendered.
He was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish prison on a second-degree murder charge. His bond was set at $510,000.
