BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - An accused murderer was returned to Baton Rouge Wednesday evening to face first degree murder charges in the death of his grandfather.

Dustin Musso, 29, was arrested after his grandfather, Pete Musso, 76, was found dead inside his burning home in early May.

His truck was missing and was later found at a Baton Rouge bus station.

Investigators tracked down Dustin at a bus station in Montgomery, Alabama.

Dustin Musso originally refused extradition, causing a delay in bringing him back to Baton Rouge.

Both Governor Bobby Jindal and Alabama Governor Bob Riley had to get involved.
