WAFB Channel 9, Baton Rouge, LA |Arson at real estate office investigated

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Baton Rouge fire officials are investigating a mysterious fire that started at a business in south Baton Rouge late Thursday night.
The St. George Fire Department and East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office were both called out to Padial Real Estate on Bluebonnet Blvd. just after 10:30pm because the building's security alarm went off.
Firefighters arrived first and saw a broken window in the front of the building and a fire in the front lobby area.
Fortunately, it didn't take them long to get the fire under control.
Fire investigators say the fire was the result of arson.
They say there were no injuries from the fire.
