WAFB Channel 9, Baton Rouge, LA |Woman wanted for cashing a counterfeit income tax check

WEST BATON ROUGE PARISH, LA (WAFB) - Deputies are looking for a woman suspected of cashing a counterfeit check in West Baton Rouge Parish.
They say she cashed a counterfeit state income tax refund check for $225.
Then, the next day, they say she tried to cash another check.
The second check was worth over $2500.
Authorities say she drove off in a late 90s model Nissan Maxima.
