BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The husband of former Brusly High School teacher Sylviane Finck Lozada has been indicted on second-degree murder.
Oscar Lozada, 43, recently confessed to killing Finck in 2011 and fleeing to Venezuela with their daughter. He was arrested in Mexico in September of 2018 and extradited to Louisiana.
Lozada was indicted by an East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury. His case has been assigned to Judge Trudy White.
